Vodafone Fiji football coach Christophe Gamel has started work for the future and in particular the 2020 Olympic Games in Japan.
This is shown in his faith shown in the youth players in his squad to meet the Solomon Islands in an International Friendly tonight.
Gamel has included goalkeeper Misiwani Nairube, Kishan Sami, Under-19 duo Mohammed Ramzan plus Alzaar Alam and England based Scott Wara in his side for the international friendly match against the Solomon Island tonight.
“They are for the future it’s just I need to see how we can fit against Solomon. We will be taking his game very seriously because they have already been in camp and played games.”
Fiji played Solomon Islands three times last year, winning one and drawing two games.
The Fiji football side takes on Solomon at 7pm and you can catch the commentary of the match on Radio Fiji TWO.
