The Fiji Rugby Union has set up a strategic plan to have a sound rugby system in the country.

As part of IRB plans in Fiji, this is a way they are trying to implement the changes.

This has been part of a workshop which started this morning at FASANOC house.

FRU Coaching Director Frank Boivert says this is a better way to keep track of the system and results.

The workshop ends tomorrow.
