Labasa football striker Christopher Wasasala has applied for release to join Suva in the transfer window.

Fiji Football Association has confirmed receiving Wasasala’s release application today.

The deadly striker played a vital role for the Babasiga Lions in the Vodafone Premier League and Fiji FA tournaments last season.

Meanwhile, in the Vodafone Premier League matches this weekend, Nasinu plays Ba at 3pm at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori and in the other game at the same time Lautoka faces Tavua at Churchill Park.
