Tough competition expected in Suva Business House futsal competition

The second round of games in the Ovaltine Suva Business House Futsal Soccer League will get underway tomorrow at the National Hockey Centre.

16 teams will compete in their first respective pool matches.

Games coordinator Sidhanth Chand of Bula Events Group says tough competition is expected in the second round of games similar to the first round which saw many upsets for teams that dominated the competitions last year.

“Following the aggressiveness of the games last week, we wish to request all players to follow the rules and display true sportsmanship. The expectation from tomorrow’s games is that teams will play more competitive sport and cop less cards.”

The match kicks off at 8 tonight.
