Speaking to the Oceania Football Confederation, Krishna says his teammates were hoping for a big turnout.

He adds Fiji had to play as a team in order to come away with a result against Les Dodos.

The Bula Boys are ranked 169th in the FIFA ranking and will use this tournament as vital preparation ahead of their 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying campaign which is set to commence later this year.

Fiji will meet Mauritius at 3pm at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
