Suva coach Gurjit Singh says fitness is a major concern for the IDC champions as he has not been having full player turnout with the Pillay Garment’s Champion versus Champion just around the corner.
Singh says compared to Ba, Suva players have not been in regular competition.
“The players should know that it’s going to be a 90-minute game and not a tournament style match where the game was just for 60 minutes. We know that Ba has been busy. Their players were busy with the club games and then were in New Zealand. They will be back up to par this week but as for our players they will really have to work hard.”
