The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s team is in a rebuilding phase ahead of the opening round of the 2018-19 World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series in October.

Interim Coach Alifereti Doviverata says the girls are starting to gel in well after two weeks of training.

“The girls are adapting well even though some of them are struggling but we got eight weeks block set out before the first tournament in Glendale and this is our second week and we hope to build on from here.”

Meanwhile, the opening round of the women’s 7s series will be held in Glendale, USA on the 20th to the 21st of next month.
