The Fiji Under-17 men’s football side has made a winning start at the Fiji Cup tournament underway in Nadi.

The side defeated Australia’s IFG One by a goal to nil today.

The lone goal was scored by Shanil Narayan.

In another match underway, Fiji Blue and IFG Two are locked at nil-all at half-time.

The week-long competition finishes on Friday.
