The Vodafone Fiji Futsal team is into its final stages of preparations ahead of the New Zealand tour in less than two weeks.

The team is in camp at the Fiji Football Headquarters in Vatuwaqa, Suva under the guidance of Coach Intiaz Khan.

With the average age of the side at 20 years, the coach wants these players to get exposure to top level Futsal.

“What we want to see is exposure to these players, and fitness level as well so I think it will be a great time and opportunity for us as we are playing the six games against best teams.”

Fiji plays the New Zealand side three times on the tour and will face two top clubs from New Zealand and one from New Caledonia.

The team departs for New Zealand on the 12th of next month.
