The Fiji Football Association is awaiting the finalized report from the Fiji Primary School IDC Council with Suva stripped of their title for fielding unregistered players in the tournament last week.

Fiji FA Chief Executive, Mohammed Yusuf says they have received confirmation from the Council that the Nadroga side has been declared the winner of the 43rd Vodafone Fiji Primary Schools IDC.

He says they will take action once they receive the report from the Council.

“We’re letting the Fiji Primary School to exhaust all their processes on whatever the by-law says and let them react and then they will provide a report to Fiji FA.”

The board members will have a council meeting in Nadroga which will be attended by all the Primary School district delegates – where a resolution will be made.

Meanwhile, Suva won by 4-3 against Nadroga in a penalty shootout in the final of the under-14 grade at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
