Fiji Airways men’s 7s team will have training session tomorrow.

Twenty member of the Fiji Airways men’s 7s team will have their training session tomorrow as they prepare to defend the Hamilton 7s title.

Coach Gareth Baber says they will get through a gruesome session and will be reminded to continue with their training and be careful of what they consume during this festive season.

The side will dismiss tomorrow afternoon and will march back into camp straight after the New Year in preparation to defend the Hamilton 7s title in January.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Argentina and Wales.

The Hamilton 7s will be held from the 26th to the 27th of next month
