The Digicel Fiji 7s rugby team management is working on the mental aspect of the players before the start of the South Africa tournament this weekend.

After a disastrous outing in Dubai, the pressure is on the team to put in a better showing in Port Elizabeth.

Team manager Semi Rogoyawa told FBC Sports that the required work is being put in.

“That’s why myself and the coach is here …when the team is losing we need to go back see what we are lacking and make it right and to improve the morale before the next tournament.”

Fiji plays England in its first pool match at 10.22 pm on Saturday before battling Scotland at 1.28am on Sunday.

The final pool match is against the All Blacks Sevens at 5.52am.
