The entries for the Fiji International Golf is now open and top overseas golfers have already started to show their interest.
Event Manager of the Fiji International, Harmony Thomas says they’re expecting to disclose some big names by Friday.
She says the regular golfers in overseas are showing their interest for the golf tournament here in Fiji.
“I’m happy to say and actually we got an email yesterday from the European tour, entries are now open so we will see the names coming in. The reason we can’t give you the final is the way that this tournament works is to ensure that the best filed is playing. They will always note the higher ranked golfers first including the European and PGA Australia.”
Meanwhile, Coca Cola came on board and became one of the sponsors for Fiji International.
The deal is expected to be of more than One Hundred Thousand dollars.
