Parramatta Eels have rejected a bid to play their 2019 home games at the new $300 million Western Sydney Stadium, throwing the NRL draw into chaos a week before its release.

The sensational move was announced by a letter to Eels members, with club CEO Bernie Gurr explaining he refuses to sign the ‘unacceptable’ commercial deal.
