October 9, 2017 12:00 am

The Fiji Airways Drua side has two weeks to prepare for their next match against Queensland Country in the National Rugby Championship.

The side arrived from Australia last night and is on a bye this week.

Coach, Senirusi Seruvakula says, they had to bounce back after the shocking loss to the Rams and the break will help them.

“Two games. First game was really disappointing. No excuses as we were beaten by a good team. They taught us a lot and there was a lot of positives from it and we regrouped. We wanted to win against the Greater Sydney Rams and that is what we did.”

The Drua hosts Queensland Country at 2pm at Lautoka’s Churchill Park next Saturday.

You can catch a live commentary of the match on Radio Fiji One.
