Newly-appointed Fiji football coach, Frank Farina says he has his work cut out for him in building a solid team for national duties.

Speaking at a press conference earlier today, Farina says a lot of development work is needed to lift the standard of football in the country.

“It’s a long road, there’s not going to be any quick fixers or miracles. Football is a different game but I think there are a lot of possibilities, a lot of potential here in Fiji, not only from player development but also from coaching development as well. There’s a lot of work to be done. And the more coaches we get through the clinics and better the better they become, the better the players will become.”
