November 5, 2015 3:10 am

Telecom Fijiana coaching director, Chris Cracknell is so far enjoying his term at the helm.

Only a month into the job, the former England captain says it’s been quite a challenge to help prepare a team with the Women’s World Sevens Series and Rio Olympic Games coming up.

“We’ve been in camp for eight weeks. Predominantly that was based around fitness because I know what an abundance of talent they have. In recent weeks, it’s been about making sure we put that talent together and get the right combinations.”
