The Champion versus Champion defending title defenders Lautoka will be banking on its experienced players in their opening match against Labasa this weekend.
President Abdul Kadar says he is confident their players will deliver well.
“This is our first match of this year and we want to start our campaign on a high note. We have a busy schedule this year but we’re preparing. Labasa will be tough but we will make sure to provide a strong encounter.”
Experienced players Christopher Wasasala, Kolinio Sivoki and Dave Radrigai are expected to boost the morale of the team.
Lautoka will face Labasa at 1pm this Saturday at Subrail Park in Labasa and you can catch the live commentary of the game on Radio Fiji Two with the voice of soccer Raymond Stoddart.
