Battle of high emotions for Drua

October 23, 2018 4:20 am

It will be a battle of high emotion for the Fiji Airways Drua players when the side takes on the Queensland Country in the National Rugby championship final this weekend.

The Fijian side was down by 57-21 to Queensland Country in last year’s NRC semi-final and then hammered again by 66-5 in round three of the competition this season.

Coach Senirusi Seruvakula says they will gather into camp tomorrow morning and come up with a game structure to come out victorious.

“We have to be ready mentally, physically and everyone understands our weaknesses that we need to work on and prepare to learn a lot before Saturday.”

The final kicks-off at 3.30pm on Saturday at Lautoka’s Churchill Park.
