Vodafone Fiji plans to attract a lot of youths through the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation Tech Trade Show next month.

Head of mCommerce and Corporate Affairs, Shailendra Prasad says in the era of artificial intelligence, youths don’t fully utilize technology.

Prasad says at times smartphones are only used to make video and calls but they don’t realize that it has more processing capabilities compared to a computer.

“So what we want to do through the trade show which is offered to the younger generation the many opportunities the technology provides. There are applications and many mobile phone apps and people can develop these apps to make their lives easier.”

The FBC Tech Trade Show will be held from the 27th to 30th of June at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva.
