There isn’t a lack of talent in Fiji when it comes to local writers but rather a lack of commitment to writing.

These were the words of Sudesh Mishra at the launch of his fourth book at the University of the South Pacific last night.

The book is titled “The Lives of Coat Hangers".

Mishra says his book, which is a collection of poems, is something different from his 2014 book titled the ‘Third Space’ or his controversial works about the 1987 Coup.
