Work begins on new Nadi Police Station

Work on the $19million Nadi Police Station has begun.

The station will be located at the old site on Koroivolu Avenue.

Divisional Police Commander West SSP Surend Sami, says work on the project will be completed within a year.

“Nadi is the economic hub of the country and the Police have a huge responsibility to ensure that the division continues to attract investors. We also thank the Government for resourcing and allowing us to serve the people better, the Fiji Police Force has never been in this space before.”

SSP Sami adds that the new building will also cater to the growing number of Police Officers.
