The Water Authority of Fiji has launched it’s ‘myBill info Card that will allow its customers to access their accounts information at selected outlets.
WAF CEO Opetaia Ravai says the initiative is in response to their customer feedback with many unaware of their water bill arrears.
Ravai says the bill card is free to customers where they can check their bill balances and pay accordingly.
He adds they will also be able to scan the card’s QR code on their smartphones to get to the WAF website to check their account.
Ravai says this service will complement their SMS billing service which was rolled out a few months ago.
Meanwhile, WAF signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Post Fiji Limited and Morris Hedstrom to carry out the service as authorized agents.
