Doctors, nurses and medical professionals from the US Naval Hospital Ship Mercy will continue to conduct free medical checkups for the public at Sukuna Park in Suva today.

Over a hundred people turned yesterday to make use of the opportunity.

Commander Geoffrey Lasters says the free check – ups are to help people know the condition for their health and take care of themselves.

The public is invited to turn up in numbers at Sukuna Park.

Meanwhile, another team will be conducting pre-surgery screening at the Special Out-patients Department at the CWM Hospital today.
