Residents living along Coral Coast are experiencing power outage after the transmission line carrying power tripped.

The Fiji Electricity Authority teams conducted a line patrol and identified the cause of outage to be a broken cross arm at Olo-olo.

The FEA says the unplanned outage resulted from hardware failure.

FEA teams are currently working on repair and power supply to the affected customers is expected to be restored by 6pm.
