The Lotus Foreign Exchange outlet at Mark Street, Suva was broken into last night.

This was confirmed to FBC News by the Lotus Foreign Exchange General Manager Ajay Varma.

Varma says the whole money safe is stolen but they are not in a position to disclose the amount.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirms that a investigation is currently underway and they are trying to confirm the amount of money that was in the safe when it was stolen.
