As part of its corporate social responsibility, Telecom Fiji yesterday visited the Senior Citizens Home in Samabula, Suva to pay tribute to all mothers around the country.

The telecommunication company has been visiting this senior citizen home in Samabula for three consecutive years, to share this special occasion with senior citizen mothers who may have been forgotten by their families.

TFL Chief Executive Mothilal De Silva says they give great importance as a responsible corporate citizen to their CSR programs and theme it as ‘Sharing Happiness’.

De Silva acknowledges the contribution of mothers and says mothers are who we are today.

Meanwhile, Mother’s Day will be celebrated this Sunday.
