Police are urging animal owners to confine their livestock as it is becoming a serious concern.
Chief Operations Officer, ACP Rusiate Tudravu says their officers out on patrol have notices a high number of stray animals along the busy highways particularly during the night time.
Tudravu says animal owners also have a role to play and must confine their livestock and failure to do so can result in charged for failing to confine animal.
