Lesiaceva Road in Savusavu that provides access to the community’s leading resorts is being sealed.

The road covers from Savusavu Jetty through to Jean-Michel Cousteau Resort as well as Daku Resort and a choice of homestay and boutique accommodation.

Fulton Hogan Hiways Contract Manager North, Ryan Couchman, says the project started in January with procurement of drainage pipes, followed by the replacements of crossroad culverts and clearing of existing drainage channels.

The road is being reshaped.

It is expected to be completed this month.
