Education Minister Dr. Mahendra Reddy has met with TISI Sangam Executives to discuss help for students at the Sangam Nursing School.

The TISI Sangam had asked the Tertiary Education Loan Scheme to also provide loans for students scoring below 250, although the TELS regulations, state otherwise.

However, the Minister has proposed that the Sangam School of Nursing consider loans to the current lot of students and assist them to complete their programs.

The TISI Sangam have said that it will take on board this suggestion and will now ask these students to contact their office for the required paper work.
