Pre-polling is expected to be completed in the Western Division today.
Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says the West will be the only division conducting pre-polling today.
Saneem says pre-polling in the other three divisions should be completed at 8pm.
“The Fijian Elections Office is on track to completing all locations at the end of our prescribed and planned timeline. At day 5, Central division 14 venues conducting pre-poll, 3 completed, 11 is in progress, Western Division had 17 venues, completed 7, 10 in progress, Northern Division had 19 venues, 16 completed, 3 in progress and Eastern Division had 10 pre-polling venues, 3 completed and 7 in progress.”
He says they will only have four venues in the West which are Vuaki community hall with 153 voters, Naibalebale village FEO tent with 122 voters, Natia community hall with 55 voters and Yaro community village hall with 172 voters.
He says the final 502 pre-poll voters are expected to cast their votes today.
