Police is collaborating with the National Fire Authority to ascertain the cause of the fire that engulfed the Defence Club this morning.

In a statement, police says that the total cost of damages is yet to be determined, and the investigation is still in its initial stages.

The Defence Club suffered extensive damage due to the fire, and firefighters worked diligently to prevent it from spreading to adjacent buildings.
