Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has sent a message of sympathy to the President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Christopher Loeak on the passing of former President, Jurelang Zedkaia.

In his message, Bainimarama said that “I write to convey, on behalf of my Government and the people of Fiji, our heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Jurelang Zedkaia and the people of the Marshall Islands.”

The former President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and paramount chief passed away this week on Wednesday.
