We would like to have a system where the consumers can call seven days a week anytime and these calls can get recorded and fed into the database so when you come on Monday morning you can go to these calls and you can call the complainants and talk to them and at the same time start liaising with the trader.

Kumar says she truly understand the government’s intension on passing on vat reduction to consumers so that consumers can save money.
