Training will be a major focus for the newly appointed Real Estate Association Committee.

President, Anand Goundar says they will train all the members to enhance the services provided by Real Estate agents.

“Our primary goal is that we would want to start training our members. Giving them professional training so that they operate in a highly professional manner and they understand the needs of the clients.”

Goundar says they are also looking at ways to address the challenges faced by the Association.

There are currently 87 licensed Real Estate Agents of which 64 are members of the Real Estate Association.

The new committee was appointed during the first Association Annual General meeting last week.
