The Suva High Court has refused bail for 28 year old Usaia Kilaiverata charged with murder.

Kilaiverata is charged with one count of murder for the death of his de-facto partner Losana McGowan during an argument in April, this year.

He was told to apply for Legal Aid representation.

Kilaiverata was unrepresented when he applied for bail, in the last sitting.

The case will be recalled February 12th.
