A 30-year-old man of Vesivesi road in Kinoya outside Suva has been bound over by the Suva Magistrates Court.

Jalesi Kuruvoli was convicted of one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs and he appeared before Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili.

Kuruvoli in June 2014 was found with 3.4 grams of cannabis sativa.

He has been bound over for the sum of $500.

Magistrate Ratuvili told him not to re-offend and be on good behavior for the next two years.
