A man from Levuka has denied four counts of rape charges on him in the Suva High Court this morning.

He appeared before Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.

The man is alleged to have raped a child under the age of thirteen years.

The alleged offense took place from March 17th to April 13th.

All the charges were read to him which he understood and pleaded not guilty.

He has been remanded in custody and will be produced in court on July 20th.
