44-year-old Filipe Tuisawau Wai Kepa, charged with three counts of rape contrary was produced from remand at the Lautoka High Court yesterday.

He is also charged with one count of pornographic activity.

The state filed and served a copy of Information and Disclosures.

Justice Aruna Aluthge had extended bail however the accused is further remanded after he failed to produce his sureties.

The matter has been adjourned to 18 February.
