A hotline has been set up for the public to lodge any complaints regarding issues of the e-ticketing system.

Acting Prime Minister, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum is encouraging everyone to lodge their complaints on the toll free number 151 as they want to ensure that all issues are addressed.

“A new toll free number has been set up, 151 which can be accessed from all numbers whether it’s Vodafone whether it’s Digicel, its toll free, its available 24/7 and you can actually lodge any complaints you may have.”

Sayed-Khaiyum says the number of complaints have decreased from over a hundred to twenty.
