July 17, 2019 10:20 am

The youth of Lomaloma Village, have, since the beginning of the year been looking for a place to sell honey harvested from their bee farm.

Two weeks ago, a standardized roadside stall was erected in front of their village.

Youth Group President Ragoile Ragonesese says it was the answer to their prayers and they are now using this stall to sell their bottles of honey.

Ragonesese says, because of their location it is hard to find a market, so their only option is to sell by the roadside.

The new stall, he says, is a morale boost as the youth can now display their honey and sell to the traveling public.

Previously, the youths would sell from the village bus stop.

The stall is one of the many recently erected along the Labasa to Savusavu highway.
