Fiji’s High Commissioner to India Yogesh Karan says there will now be more frequent visits by ministers of both countries – especially from the agriculture sector which is one of the areas of focus.

The two countries signed three memorandum of agreements, but the hard yards for Karan begin when he returns to India.

“It’s on agriculture and some on water resource management, renewable energy is the new one that we trying to proposed, we should be signing the MOU on the on arrival visa, in agriculture there are a number of areas that we need to work on and we want to do that very very quickly.”
