More allegations are coming out against Fiji Labour Party leader – Mahendra Chaudhry from Fiji Trades Union Congress General Secretary Felix Anthony.

Anthony alleges that money Chaudhry collected from his visit to India after the 2000 takeover was never declared to party members.

From the little that I know is that the money is not with the Labour Party at all. And there are some serious concerns regarding the finances of the party and I believe Mr Chaudhry needs to clean up his act on that front.

Meanwhile FLP leader – Mahendra Chaudhry denies the allegation.

That’s another allegation. There was no fundraising for the Fiji Labour Party anyway in India.

The political wrangle continues within the party as it struggles to maintain its identity.
