Fiji-UAE armed forces sign MOU

The armed forces of Fiji and the United Arab Emirates have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which includes training opportunities.

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says he has looked through the MOU and is very excited about the relationship.

He told the 12-member UAE delegation that their visit is very important to Fiji.

The delegation which was accompanied by the RFMF Commander, Brigadier General Mosese Tikoitoga and Fiji’s Ambassador to U.A.E., Robin Nair paid a courtesy call to Bainimarama yesterday.
