The Fiji Labour Party says if they come into government they will consider restoring the Public Works Department.

Parliamentary Leader Aman Ravindra-Singh says they will terminate the role of the Fiji Roads Authority and PWD will be responsible for the roads infrastructure.

Singh says that they are not happy with FRA’s performance.

He adds if they form a government they will govern the state under a system of democracy.

“Everywhere we go in this country people continue to remind us that they are scared and this is no democracy.”

Meanwhile, FLP is fielding 25 candidates in the upcoming general election.
