Fiji Airways formalises work experience for USP students

Fiji Airways and USP’s Faculty of Science, Technology & Environment have formalised an industrial attachment partnership for engineering students.

The Memorandum of Understanding will allow students from USP’s Bachelor of Engineering programme to attain 800 hours of Industrial Work Experience at the airline’s facility in Nadi.

The students’ will work at the main Hangar facility under the supervision of senior Fiji Airways Engineers, and also undertake a number of workshops while on attachment.

Airline chief executive, Andre Viljoen, says they’re happy to assist in the growth and development of Fijian students who are interested in aviation.
