Registrar Mohammed Saneem says the NFP’s accounts were not audited by an FIA-certified accountant.

“This constitutes a breach of section 26 which explicitly requires the audio to have a certificate and as such we immediately began enquires with the auditor or company that was engaged and they responded by saying they were not registered by the FIA.”

Saneem says they will be given 60 days to comply with the Decree and if they cannot do so within this time the party will be de-registered.
