About 20 students will be able to further their education thanks to financial assistance provided by the Bank of South Pacific.

BSP donated $10,000 to the Foundation for Education of the Needy Children in Fiji to support the educational needs of underprivileged children.

The donation was received by Ratu Meli Vesikula, the Co-Chair and Co-founder of the Foundation Fiji.

The students are from various parts of the country.

More than 1000 students have been receiving assistance from the Foundation.

Earlier this year, BSP donated $13,000 to help 200 of these children who were affected by the floods in the Western division
