The two suspects who are allegedly involved in an alleged murder case in Kadavu are expected to be in Suva by week end dependent on the weather condition.

Police Chief of Intelligence ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says the two were alleged to have been drinking with the deceased prior to his death.

Toduadua says the duo are currently in police custody at the Vunisea Police station.

The deceased was allegedly part of a drinking party at the Sinusevou settlement in Kadavu before he was found dead.

Todaudau adds that investigation continues and the public is reminded to be mindful of the activities they involve themselves in during this festive season.

Meanwhile, police investigation continues into the murder of 22-year-old Rayna Prasad whose body was found in Muanikau, Suva earlier last week.

Police are urging the public especially those living in the vicinity of Muanikau in Suva for their information that could help with the investigations.

Another investigation is also underway for a 36-year-old security officer whose body was found in Vesida, Nabua last week.
