Witnessing the terror of Cyclone Winston on his birthday is something Josepo Dakunisava of Vuna Village in Taveuni will never forget.

Dakunisava’s house was one of the houses completely destroyed by TC Winston.

When FBC News visited his village of Vuna in Taveuni, Dakunisava was in tears describing what he went through during the night of Cyclone Winston.

Despite having nothing left, Dakunisava is happy that he was able to be alive after going through in what he describes a night of terror.

Dakunisava’s house was one of the sixty houses that were completely destroyed in Vuna.
